The CHCNJ Group Home in Flanders NJ is home to four people with developmental disabilities. CHCNJ is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work weekends, on a part-time or substitute basis. Duties of this position include providing all needed supports within the home, and developing and supporting true community involvement by encouraging individualized interests, and attending activities such as parks, festivals, concerts, farms, restaurants, shopping and other fun events in the surrounding area. This position pays $19.50 per hour. Previous DSP experience is not necessary, but a desire to have fun and take part in community activities is a must. All training will be provided for the new DSP after hire.
