The CHCNJ Group Home in Washington, NJ (Warren County) is home to four people with developmental disabilities. CHCNJ is seeking two Direct Support Professionals to work on a part-time or substitute basis. Hours include afternoons, evenings and weekends. Duties of this direct care position include providing all needed supports within the home, and developing and supporting true community involvement by encouraging individualized interests, and attending activities such as parks, festivals, concerts, farms, restaurants, shopping and other fun events in the surrounding area.
There are two part-time positions available. These positions pay $19.50 per hour. Previous DSP experience is not necessary. All training will be provided after hire.
Minimum requirements for employment at CHCNJ:
- 18 Years of Age
- High School Diploma/GED
- Basic Computer Skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Acceptable Driving Record
