Operations Associate:
Location: Washington, D.C. 20045
Dates: June 23, 2025 – August 1, 2025 (with mandatory training prior to the start of the program)
Overview:
CIRTE dba The Chart Academy seeks to hire an operational associate to assist with helping our logistics run smoothly for our summer programs. The operations associate will be responsible for ensuring the summer program runs smoothly over a minimum of six weeks starting 06/23/2025 till 08/01/2025.
The ability to be well-organized, establish authentic relationships, to work collaboratively with colleagues, and to place youth interests and experiences at the heart of our work are essential components of the job. Whirl communicating effectively with the team to ensure that we are achieving our goals.
Responsibilities for Operational Associates include the following:
· Help instructors and co-lead instructors organize the logistics of the class across all summer programs (oversee attendance collection, help answer instructor and participant logistical questions.)
· Make sure all logistic files for each summer program are organized and updated day-by-day (location of program, organizing gift cards for participants, digitizing the physical attendance sheets.)
· Use Microsoft Teams to communicate with staff across the organization.
· Assist in properly enforcing the security policy with effectively coordinating between the two summer programs.
· Collaborate with instructors, as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.
Background/Requirements:
· High School Diploma (Perferred)
· Background Check
· Advanced skill with Microsoft Office Suite. Position requires extensive use of Excel, Google Suites and Mail Merge.
· Organized and detail oriented with ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
