Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workflows for research and MeRTZ procedural operations
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and logistics for MeRTZ cases
- Oversee compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements
- Support data collection, documentation, and communication with IRBs or sponsors
- Collaborate with physicians and support teams to ensure clinical excellence
- Provide leadership and oversight to research assistants and clinical support staff
- Track outcomes, streamline processes, and implement operational improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 1 years experience in medical operations, research, or procedural care coordination
- Familiarity with interventional procedures and clinical trial processes
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of MeRTZ or pain management techniques a plus
