POSITION: CLERK
Working Unit: Early Childhood Intervention-(ECI)--Kerrville
Hours: Full time; 8 AM- 5 PM

General Description:
Under the general supervision of the ECI Program Supervisor and with some latitude for initiative and independent judgment, the ECI Clerk performs a wide range of duties which includes preparing and maintaining records, files and reports. Work may require the use of a Center vehicle for travel. Position requires independent working and thinking; communication and interaction with consumers, staff and community individuals. Must ensure friendly atmosphere when greeting consumers, staff and community individuals.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited high school or equivalent is required. Minimum of one year’s experience in office experience preferred. Must have knowledge of office practices, skills in the use of standard office equipment and must possess excellent computer skills in Outlook, Windows, and Excel. Spanish speaking a plus. A valid Texas driver’s license and driving record to comply with CFLR policies is mandatory. If selected for position, must give CFLR authorization to send for copy of driving record as well as all required prescreens and background checks. Must be able to complete all required staff developmental training.
