Job Duties:
- Provides outpatient therapy to adults and families, also consultation to other staff.
- Communicating and working with other agencies and organizations.
- Works as member of a multidisciplinary team and maintains complete clinical records on all clients.
- Performs emergency services both during and after normal work hours.
- Provides services to rural areas: Havre, Conrad, and Choteau via telepscyh.
- Conducts team evaluation and treatment planning for clients and case staffing.
- Maintains required paperwork for assigned clients.
- Development of treatment plans for families and individuals.
- Site eligible for loan repayment through the National Health Services Corporation for Licensed Therapists only.
Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from a college or university with a master's degree in social work or counseling. Currently a LCSW is preferred or LCPC in Montana. Knowledge and/or experience of the Recovery philosophies. If unlicensed must be credentialed with MT Board of Behavioral Health as a Social Worker Licensure Candidate or Professional Counselor Licensure Candidate. Some travel required. Must have current MT Driver’s License, personal vehicle, and current vehicle insurance.
Unlicensed: Salary $51,729.60 DOE
Licensed: Salary $58,073.60 DOE

All Positions at Many Rivers Whole Health must pass Background Checks and Motor Vehicle Record Check as well as a background check with DPHHS. Will be required to take Sexual Abuse Training.
