We are in search of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Connecticut. Your role will involve conducting clinical check-ins for neurofeedback patients and overseeing a small therapy caseload. Previous experience with neurofeedback is not required as we offer comprehensive training.

Compensation:$40 - $45 hourly
Responsibilities:- Provide oversight of the clinical progress of neurofeedback patients
- Conduct check-ins with clients receiving neurofeedback
- Carry a therapy caseload with clients who match your interest and expertise
- Conduct clinical intakes for individuals starting neurofeedback and/or participating in brief diagnostic evaluations
- Administer brief computerized assessments of cognition and mood disorders
- Conduct therapy intakes for (PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, and more) individuals starting counseling
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
- Be prepared and actively engage in clinical consultation, neurofeedback rounds, supervision, and didactic training
- Learn about neurofeedback and how, when integrated with EMDR and other therapies, it can help make profound changes
- Organization, timeliness, and consistency in all aspects of job performance
- Must be a Fully licensed Therapist in the state of Connecticut (LCSW, LPC or LMFT)
- Must have a strong interest in the relationships between the brain and behavior
- Must have experience in and a passion for treating trauma
- Must have started or completed EMDR or other trauma-focused therapy training, or be willing to begin such training
- Must uphold ethical standards
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to effectively document in an Electronic Health Record in a timely fashion
- Should be passionate about and skilled in helping their specified clients
- Should be looking for development and advancement in their clinical practice
- Should be able to adapt to changing clinical requirements
- Should show enthusiasm while working in a team
