**Job Overview:**
Center for Pediatric Therapy is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator with a goal oriented mind set and proven track record of success! The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various marketing initiatives and campaigns. This is a 32 hours per week position, with potential increase in hours based on performance and needs. On-site office hours are required in Wallingford, CT.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Business Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
- Create marketing materials including flyers, presentations, and advertisements
- Oversee inventory management of promotional items, giveaways, and apparel
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
- Support SEO efforts and optimize website content
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and analyze results
- Lead in the planning and coordination of special events, promotions, and representation of the company when needed
- Lead local community outreach with regard to community groups and events near the clinic locations to showcase the company’s mission and services
- Create and implement social media strategy as well as website design and updates
- Biweekly travel to each office location for social media content
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools
- Proficiency in WordPress, Canva and/or other content management systems
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
- Well organized with a customer-oriented approach
