As an integral part of our office operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records and providing efficient administrative support to the Quality Assurance department- this position is eligible for benefits & starting pay of 17.50/hr.
Your Typical Day
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files related to patient information, treatment plans, and insurance details
- Handle scheduling and appointment management, ensuring timely and efficient coordination for therapists and patients
- Make follow-up calls to doctors' offices to schedule or confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Contact patients' designated Power of Attorney (DPOA) for necessary authorization and information when required
- Perform general administrative tasks such as faxing, copying, scanning, and mailing documents as needed
