Your Role
As Assistant Clinic Director you will provide patient care, support clinic leadership in managing daily operations, and foster a collaborative team environment. Specific responsibilities include :
- Staff Management
- Manages and supervises clinical and administrative staff, including physical therapists, assistants, techs / aides, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and front office personnel
- Participates in the hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members
- Conducts annual staff performance reviews, provides ongoing feedback, and mentors staff for high performance
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through mentorship, training, and professional development opportunities for staff
- Prepares and leads regular clinic staff meetings, maintaining an open-door policy for staff input and addressing concerns
- Patient Care
Maintains a full and productive caseload while delivering high-quality, individualized patient care utilizing evidenced-based practices
Utilizes tools such as Prediction Health to enhance clinic productivity, streamline workflows, and ensure accurate coding
Fosters a welcoming, professional environment for patients, staff, healthcare providers, and visitors
