The Center for Plastic Surgery in Tysons Corner, VA is in search of a Dynamic Medical and Experienced Front Desk Administrative Assistant to become a part of our team! Our ideal candidate must have excellent customer service and communication skills. They must also have the ability to give attention to detail and multi-task while maintaining a warm, friendly and caring presence.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls & Schedule appointments.
- Greet patients on arrival and check out when leaving.
- Gather patient information & insurance information.
- Enter demographics into management system.
- Collect payments and record with accuracy.
- Mail products.
- Order office supplies / and stock.
- Bank deposits.
- Ensure daily closing procedures are reconciled correctly.
- Prepare surgeons weekly schedules.
- Keep reception area and administrative area welcoming for patients.
- Communicate patient needs with appropriate physician and staff.
- Be willing to perform additional tasks and participate in education and meetings.
