Clinical Director
Pay: $92,000/year
Full time with benefits
Two weeks paid vacation
Mission of role:
Develop and foster a rich learning culture.
Develop excellent therapists who provide high quality therapy.
Requirements:
Must be licensed, minimum of two years preferred (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD…).
Must be in-person regularly
Maintain a caseload of 12 clients/week. (Clients provided by CFP).
Tasks:
Attend 6 hours of supervision groups/week to support with clinical supervision.
Organize trainings and learning opportunities for clinicians.
Implement feedback systems for clients, therapists, and supervisors.
Utilize feedback to create changes in clinic.
Create and monitor co-therapy system. (Partnering associates with licensed therapists to be co-therapists).

- Center for Psychotherapy and Integrative Health is an outpatient mental health clinic in Santa Barbara. Its mission is to provide high quality therapy while creating an environment where therapists are genuinely happy and supported in the demanding and profound practice of providing therapy. It currently has 28 active clinicians and provides over 1,200 sessions a month, primarily to low-income residents in Santa Barbara County.
