What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Center For Reproductive Medicine?
Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) is a premier medical practice specializing in the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of infertility, providing each patient “every conceivable chance for success.” We seek a full-time Medical Receptionist to assist our Minneapolis clinic in meeting patient care needs.
Be among the first employees to welcome and check in patients at our front desk. You’ll also be responsible for answering phones, prepping procedure charts, scanning documents into patient charts, and collecting payments.
The ideal candidate has:
- At least 2 years’ experience in medical/health care environment with similar responsibilities
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to provide exceptional patient service
- Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and EMR experience
- Ability to manage time effectively and enjoys multitasking
- Ability and willingness to comply with clinic standards and guidelines
This benefit-eligible, full-time position expected to work 40 hours per week, including rotating weekends and holidays.
- Monday – Thursday | 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Friday | 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
- Weekends Holidays | 6:45 am – 12:00 pm
