We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Website Administrator with expertise in front-end
development for WordPress, WooCommerce, and HubSpot. In this role, you will ensure that our digital
platforms meet technical specifications while delivering an exceptional user experience. Reporting
directly to the Technical Architect, you will collaborate closely with in-house software engineers,
designers, and external contractual web developers to implement practical solutions and maintain high
standards of website performance and accessibility.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
● Work closely with the Chief Program Officer, the Technical Architect, design professionals, and
software engineers internally and with external vendors to fulfill website requirements, align
with technical specifications, and implement visually appealing, functional layouts that adhere to
accessibility standards and ADA compliance.
● Monitor the coordination of website and email taglines to maintain brand consistency and a
cohesive brand voice.
● Managed day-to-day operations of Fly Five’s websites to ensure smooth functionality, addressing
web issues such as broken links and formatting inconsistencies while working with the IT
Department to uphold security measures and troubleshoot technical problems.
● Create and implement secure, user-friendly web applications, ensuring optimal website
performance across devices, including desktop, mobile, and tablet, focusing on accessibility.
● Manage, document, and report out data entry for all websites, including uploading resources,
customizing the event calendar, and performing regular content updates (e.g., blogs and digital
assets) while ensuring clarity and grammatical accuracy.
● Monitor, document, and report website uptime, traffic, performance metrics, and capacity.
Actively participate in quality assurance for content and feature changes across various devices
and browsers.
● Conduct regular code assessments and perform database analysis. Develop optimization test
plans that utilize data-driven approaches to inform recommendations based on site analytics.

● Analyze data and generate reports to track progress, make informed decisions, and apply
marketing research techniques to adapt to emerging trends and technologies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
● A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Business, or a related
field, combined with at least 3 years of experience in website management or a similar business
role.
● Proficient in Google Suite and Google Analytics, with strong expertise in front-end technologies
such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. Experienced in WordPress, WordPress Admin, WP
Engine, particularly in managing themes, plugins, and integrations, and familiar with
WooCommerce and HubSpot functionalities.
● Knowledgeable in responsive design, web standards, and SEO best practices. Additionally,
experienced with industry tools and analytics packages related to email, social media, web
analytics, CMS & CRM systems, business intelligence, and marketing automation.
● Proven ability to manage email-based marketing campaigns effectively while juggling multiple
projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with strong verbal and written
communication skills; receptive to feedback and able to apply it constructively.
● Demonstrates high accountability for performance, being goal-oriented, flexible, and creative
