Grant Management Professional


The Center for Rural Affairs is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Grant Manager Associate. In this challenging position, you will be responsible for managing grant applications and contributing to our mission-driven team.

As a member of our team, you will maintain and update all grant-related data in Salesforce and Google drive, ensuring accurate tracking of applications and awards. You will also be responsible for developing and managing grant budgets in partnership with program staff to align with funder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all grant-related data in Salesforce and Google drive, ensuring accurate tracking of applications and awards.
  • Develop and manage grant budgets in partnership with program staff to align with funder requirements.
  • Monitor and track grant deadlines, ensuring timely submission of applications and progress reports.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and granting agencies, fostering strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Experience with grant writing and management, including research, development, and submission.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
