Grant Management Specialist - Lyons


The Center for Rural Affairs is seeking a skilled Grant Management Specialist to join our team in Lyons, Nebraska. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and managing grant applications to support impactful initiatives. Your expertise will play a crucial role in driving meaningful change through strategic funding.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate with program staff to research, develop, and manage grant applications that align with our mission and goals. You will oversee the grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance, tracking progress in Salesforce, and aligning budgets with funder requirements.

You will also serve as a liaison between internal teams and granting agencies, fostering strong relationships and staying up-to-date on grant policies, regulations, and best practices to enhance funding strategies.

This is a full-time non-exempt position based in Lyons, Ne, requiring occasional travel by car to meet with community partners and individuals. Compensation and benefits include a salary range of $48,000 - $62,000, top-notch benefits, and a fantastic Employee Assistance Program.
