Board Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA - EIDBI
FULL-TIME position. General Requirements:
ON-SITE 3 DAYS PER WEEK AND REMOTE and ABLE to PROVIDE supervision hours
The BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST will perform supervision hours, write and update ITPs and goals, and collaborate with center staff and CMDE to provide comprehensive EIDBI services for up to 11 children.
Qualifications:
- REQUIRED: Master’s level certification or licensure in behavior analysis: BCBA.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation procedures and assessment tools
- Familiarity with behavioral therapy techniques and interventions
DETAILS:
- Coordinate and collaborate with program staff to develop, write, and update program and client goals and ITP’s.
- Accomplishes EIDBI objectives providing staff supervision, planning, monitoring, and appraisal of job results.
- Collaborate with the treatment team including clients, parents, caregivers, CMDE, outside professionals, behavioral technicians, ABA Interns, and co-workers.
- Maintain and acquire technical knowledge by attending required training.
- Assist in training employees and developing personal growth opportunities.

- Abide by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, code of ethics.
- Ability to work as a team in collaboration with staff, departments, and clients and adhere to CSLL organizational policies and procedures outlined in the CSLL manual.

Additional Duties:
- Implements systems, policies, and procedures.
- Conducts training and accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and guiding employees.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing health/safety, and communicable illness standards and adhering to legal regulations.
- Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning, and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
- Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

BASIC & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to assist clients with adaptive equipment.
- Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
- Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods.
- Must have the manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
- Must be able to receive detailed information through oral communication.
- Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel to work daily.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License & insurance in good standing
