Role Description
A collaborative leadership opportunity has arisen for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team on-site and remotely from Oakdale, MN.
This full-time position involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, providing supervision, and collaborating with professionals to create effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to inform treatment planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans
- Provide supervision and mentorship to support the growth of junior BCBA staff
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience as a BCBA
- In-depth knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field
- Strong leadership skills with ability to provide supervision hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in conducting behavioral assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
