As an Imagery Analysis Instructor, you’ll help shape the training programs that prepare analysts to tackle real-world challenges in imagery analysis and sensor technology. Developing and refining high-quality curriculum within the Imagery and Sensors Learning Framework, you’ll apply ADDIE principles to create meaningful experiences that are both engaging and practical. Directly working with students both in-person and virtually; leading classes, facilitating hands-on exercises, and ensuring students gain a solid understanding of imagery analysis tools and techniques. Collaborating with subject matter experts, course developers, and leadership to continually refine and improve the curriculum—assessing and adjusting the content will ensure that it stays relevant and impactful. Familiar with the ADDIE framework and know how to design training that engages learners, challenges them, and helps them succeed.Experience with Imagery Analysis or Sensor Technologies, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable lessons.Strong proficiency with Blackboard and other learning management systems (LMS), and the ability to use these platforms to track student progress and improve the learning experience.A working knowledge of ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, SOCET GXP, RemoteView, etc. in order to enhance learning and give students hands-on experience with the systems to be maximum proficient in supporting mission needs.Ability to travel to various locations CONUS / OCONUS (may be up to 5 times / year, 1-2 weeks duration).If you’re ready to take your expertise in Imagery Analysis and Instructional Systems Design and put it to work in a role that truly matters, send your resume directly to Lanchi Lai, ([emailprotected]).
