The CUCS Housing Resource Center (HRC) is seeking (3) HRC Consultants to join our teams. Through our Single Point of Access (SPOA) Housing, Reentry Coordination System, and Consultation & Resource Programs, the Housing Resource Center expands access to housing and support services for people living with mental illnesses and other special needs. HRC also provides interactive, hands-on training and support services for human service professionals on NYC supportive housing options, referral process, and behavioral health resources.
Summary
The HRC Consultant will provide a full range of person-centered services and appropriate resources, both onsite and community based. Services include, but are not limited to vacancy management, referrals, housing placements, consultation and technical assistance, training, resource development, advocacy, crisis intervention, regular outreach, referral outcomes monitoring, and coordination of care.
