The Plaza at Clover Lake is looking for a part time Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
Job Duties include responding to emergency repairs or maintenance requests, observing and ensuring safe and efficient maintenance of the building. Must be proficient in painting as well as using hand and power tools. Role is responsible for all aspects of building maintenance including but not limited to daily readings, minor plumbing, changing a faucet, painting apartments and hallways, sheetrock, taping, changing light bulbs, maintaining grounds etc.
Schedule: Sunday shift, 8 hours, plus several evening shifts per week, 5p-9p. Some flexibility.
We offer paid training, free meals, sick time.
