As an housekeeper, you are responsible for carrying out your assigned duties. Maintaining functional relationships with residents and employees in other departments will be key to your work assignments.
We are seeking housekeepers to join our team. One role of the position is being responsible for the daily cleaning of walls, lights, vents, windows, etc. All work is to be done in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing the facility and as may be directed by the Administrator and/or the Housekeeping Supervisor to assure that the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.
Housekeeping Responsibilities:
- As Housekeeper, you are responsible for carrying out your assigned duties.
- You are responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of patient rooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Experience in housekeeping within a rehabilitation and/or long-term care facility preferred but we are willing to train the appropriate candidates.
- A high school diploma/GED is required.
