Job Description
- Provide compassionate care and educate patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions.
- Build trust and rapport with patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve pending issues from the previous shift.
- Compliance audit related to infection control.
- Medication storage, medication returns, and ordering supplies.
- Monitor and track lab orders and outside consults.
- Coordinate and plan admission workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification in Practical Nursing or equivalent as per state law required.
