Position : K-8 Programs Assistant Coordinator
Classification : Annual, Part-Time, Hourly; Seasonal Full-Time (June 16 - August 1)
Position Overview : The K-8 Programs Assistant Coordinator is an integral component of the delivery of Center of Life's (COL) K-8 Programming, including the Fusion After-School Program and the summer counterpart, Camp Hazelwood. Assistant Coordinators are responsible for supporting the management and quality assurance of all aspects of programming including but not limited to supporting the Program Coordinators in the training of high-quality program staff; assisting with organzing program curriculum, lessons, and activities; and development of strong relationships with students, families, and COL staff. This position is responsible for overseeing paperwork and documentation processes, facilitating administrative support, and maintaining organized records, including having access to items of a sensitive nature such as employee clearances and meeting minutes. This position supports compliance with delivery of services to the educational, ethical, and legal standards, as well as the core values and mission of Center of Life.
