What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resident Manager position at Center Of Recovery- CORE?
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure the facility maintains high standards of safety, cleanliness, and order.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any facility repairs or issues promptly.
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies necessary for the operation of the facility.
- Ensure residents adhere to the facility’s rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular room inspections to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Address and resolve any resident conflicts or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Supervise and support residential staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development among staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure clear communication and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of resident activities, incidents, and progress.
- Prepare reports for the Facility Director and participate in regular management meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of therapeutic activities and programs.
- Monitor and support residents’ participation in treatment programs and activities.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide comprehensive care and support for residents.
- Respond to emergencies and crises promptly, following established protocols.
- Provide de-escalation support and coordinate with clinical staff for residents in distress.
- Ensure all incidents are documented and reported in accordance with facility policies.
General work schedule:
Full-Time
On-Call
Evenings and Graveyard (generally 5:00pm – 8:00am)
With appropriate meal breaks and sleep times every day
Qualifications:
High school education or GED equivalent
Able to obtain Louisiana Class “D” Chauffer’s license
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
