Job Overview
The Regional Director will report to and work closely with the Executive Director, and will serve as an administrative leader of the Center on Deafness. This involves day-to-day and future planning in such areas as staffing, client services, facility management, and fiscal management.
Duties
- Directly responsible for projects and issues related to the overall management of the daily operations of all service programs.
- Hires, trains, develops, and supervises a team including the clinical manager.
- Responsible for new employee orientation and completion of new hire packet.
- Provide oversight of the leadership of staff development and in-service programming.
- Assist in providing leadership and oversight of the daily operations of the residential program.
- Handles all crises and service individuals and employee complaints with sensitivity.
- Responsible for Medicaid billing compliance and registration of IMPACT enrollment.
- Approval of time cards, overtime and residential work schedules.
Qualifications
Preferred: MPH, MNLM, or MBA supervisory/management experience and clinical management.
Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in human service-related field degree or 7 years of supervisory/management experience, including residential management.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn sign language.
