Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily management of job sites and
- Assist Project superintendent with job schedules and oversee municipal inspections
- Monitor subcontractor performance to verify work is being completed in a timely manner and adheres to scope of work
- Perform internal inspections as part of CPHs Quality Assurance Process
- Maintain a safe working environment on every job site that complies with all state and federal governing agencies
- Approve subcontractor payments and monitor job budgets
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors Degree in construction science or other relative study preferred.
- Drivers license required
- 1-2 years in residential construction preferred
