Job Title : Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
Job Type : Full-Time and Part-time opportunities.
Compensation : $75-$90 per hour. Based on experience.
Reports to : Clinical Director
Variable hours, including weekends, and evenings.
Job Summary :
We are seeking a licensed therapist to join our mental health team at Center Point DAAC. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic services to diverse clients with dual-diagnosis issues for our residential and outpatient programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients.
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the Outpatient Program Manager and treatment team to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation.
- Participate in weekly clinical case conferences and staff meetings.
- Stay current on best practices and research in therapy techniques and interventions.
- Adhere to privacy laws and regulations and report any fraud or abuse.
- Master's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., psychology, counseling, social work).
- Valid licensure or certification as a therapist (e.g., LPCC, LMFT, LCSW).
- Experience working with adolescents and / or adults in a therapeutic setting.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- One year or more of experience in a substance abuse treatment setting (preferred).
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with a strong knowledge of HIPAA protocols.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (Kipu) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to learn and navigate agency-specific software and systems, including SmartCare.
- Strong technical skills, including ability to use computerized documentation systems and software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and report technical problems to IT support.
