Center Point Health Care & Rehab Center in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Wound Care RN / LPN to join our team! This position is Monday - Friday .

Essential duties include :

Supervise patient care
Administers treatment as prescribed within standard nursing practice guidelines and in full compliance with established infection control protocols
Performs and records weekly pressure ulcer assessment and measurement documentation
Monitors the progress of wound healing and makes recommendations
Assure compliance with local, state and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation

Qualifications :

At least two years' of Wound Care experience preferred

Current Louisiana LPN or RN license

Must have current CPR Certification

Wound Care certification

Compassionate Nurse with great time management skills

Exceptional People providing Exceptional Care.
