Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a fabricator located in Beaverton, OR. As a fabricator, you will be responsible for interpreting work orders, setting up and operating machinery, assembling components, ensuring quality control, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. You will also handle the maintenance of equipment, inventory management, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, and finish architectural signage using various materials such as acrylic, aluminum, stainless steel, wood, vinyl, etc.
- Operate machinery such as CNC routers, laser cutters, welders, saws, drill press, photopolymer processors, large format digital printers and other shop equipment.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders.
- Apply finishes, including paint, screenprint and vinyl application.
- Collaborate with designers and production staff to ensure high-quality craftsmanship.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure all products meet quality control standards and customer specifications.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and inventory management
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience in the signage or fabrication industry is a plus
