Associate Attorney Civil Litigation Defense (Jacksonville, FL)
We are a well-established and growing law firm with offices across multiple states, looking to add a motivated Associate Attorney to our Civil Litigation Defense team in Jacksonville.
This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney with at least one year of civil litigation experience to join a dynamic team. Previous defense litigation experience is a plus but not required. As part of our team, you'll work closely with senior attorneys, collaborating on a variety of complex cases and building your expertise in the field of civil defense litigation.
In this role, youll have the chance to take ownership of cases from start to finish, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, deposing witnesses, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in hearings. You will also gain valuable experience by participating in trials.
