Attorney- Environmental Associate

Responsibilities:
As an Environmental Associate, you will work closely with a seasoned environmental partner, providing valuable legal support on a wide range of matters, including:
- Compliance Counseling – Advising clients on environmental regulations and policies.
- Permitting – Assisting in the permitting processes across various industries.
- Remedial Matters – Handling cases related to site clean-up and environmental remediation.
- Transactional Work – Providing legal support for mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and related matters.
- Regulatory Enforcement – Managing matters related to environmental enforcement actions.
- Litigation – Representing clients in environmental litigation matters.
Requirements:
- Experience in Environmental law experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across a variety of practice groups.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach to legal work.
