Attorney – Insurance Defense-Jacksonville

A respected law firm based in Jacksonville, Florida is actively seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join its Insurance Defense team. Ideal candidates will have at least one plus years of insurance defense experience, with a particular emphasis on general liability. Experience in defense litigation is preferred but not mandatory.

In this role, you will take on significant responsibility, including managing your own cases, developing litigation strategies, conducting discovery, taking depositions, drafting motions, attending hearings, and negotiating settlements. Additionally, you’ll have the chance to assist in trial preparation and participate in trials, allowing you to further enhance your experience and skills. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a well-established firm while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.
