Position Overview :
You will play a crucial role in supporting our legal team in handling a wide variety of legal matters. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and other team members to ensure efficient and effective case management.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist attorneys in preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and filings
- Draft correspondence, legal briefs, and reports in both English and Spanish
- Conduct legal research and assist with case preparation
- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts in both English and Spanish
- Prepare and file court documents, including petitions, motions, and discovery requests
- Manage case calendars and deadlines, ensuring timely filing and compliance
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys and staff
