Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Optical Retail Manager at Center Vision Clinic in Kennewick, WA. The Optical Retail Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in our optical boutique, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will oversee inventory management and displays of eyewear products. The Optical Retail Manager will also work integrally with clinic leadership create and maintain a retail and marketing strategy for the retail side of our business.

- Sales experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Previous experience in optometry or retail management is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- ABO and/or LDO certifications preferred
