POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary function of the Director of Respiratory is to plan, organize, develop and direct the day-to-day functions of the Respiratory Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the facility. The Director of Respiratory will work alongside the DON, ADON, Administrator and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.
