Job Overview
Centercourt Marlboro is seeking a dedicated and passionate Ninja Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching, physical education, or related fields, and will be responsible for educating and training students in ninja physical activities. The Ninja Coach will play a vital role in fostering a fun positive environment that encourages personal growth, teamwork, and athletic development.
Duties
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of individual students or teams.
- Conduct regular practice sessions to enhance skills, techniques, and overall performance.
- Educate students on the rules of the sport and promote good sportsmanship.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practices and events, including lifeguarding duties if applicable.
- Organize and lead competitions or events to showcase student skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized gym or training area.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other staff members regarding progress and any concerns.
Skills
- Strong background in sports coaching or physical education.
- Experience working with students of various ages in a coaching or educational capacity.
- Ability to climb and navigate different environments as needed for training activities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and motivate students.
- Ability to create engaging class plans that cater to the kids

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3.5 – 10.5 per week
