Centered Care of Michigan is a leading provider of nursing care in the home for individuals with traumatic injury, neuromuscular conditions, and other medical needs. We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for a case in the Holt area.
(1) Day shift RN or LPN 7a-7p
- We are looking for an RN or LPN to provide care for a young lady in Holt. The day shift nurse would be helping this client with meal prep, administering medications and tube feed, personal care, personal care, assisting with her daytime routine, and transportation to events.
- This client has Congenital Myopathy and requires a ventilator. Both Trach and Vent are very stable.
- Registered Nurse (RN) pay is $38/hr. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) pay is $36/hr.
