If you have mental health admissions experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, this is the position for you.
ADMISSIONS ADVISOR :
Location : Onsite in Culver City, CA.
Hours : Monday through Friday 9 : 00am to 5 : 30pm.
Pay : $23-$28 per hour PLUS incentive bonus, paid out monthly.
YOU MUST HAVE MENTAL HEALTH ADMISSIONS EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Admissions Supervisor, you will coordinate admissions for all incoming and potential clients, and answer all of their questions throughout the admissions process. This will include ensuring a match between the potential client's needs and the various Centered Health facilities, services, and programs.
Your specific responsibilities will include :
- Answering phone calls for referral to treatment.
- Obtaining personal information from a caller for financial obligations, medical / mental health necessities, legal obligations, family / social support, and employment / employer information.
- Interacting with individuals who may have mental health issues and their families.
- Completing all intake documents, and preparing and developing treatment files at time of patient admission.
