Job Summary:
The Systems Administrator will ensure that employees have secure and efficient computer systems to fulfill their daily job responsibilities. The Systems Administrator will work closely with IT personnel and company employees to update systems, address security breaches and help troubleshoot issues.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration and reliable operation of all computer systems and servers.
- Installs hardware, software, and participates in research and development to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of the organization
- Actively resolves problems and issues with computers, users, and server/cloud systems to limit work disruptions within the company
- Completes all other IT related tasks to ensure the computing environment operates efficiently and users are productive

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to handle user requests and trouble shoot user issues.
- Must have excellent skills to setup Microsoft based machines based on the Centerline’s standards
- Experience on Microsoft Office tool set including O365
- Mid-Level experience with Azure AD and O365 migrations
- Microsoft Server, Exchange and Hyper-V
- Demonstrated experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems including, but not limited to installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of network concepts including TCP/IP
- Ability to configure, manage and troubleshoot Sonicwall Firewalls and resolve technical issues related to the device.
- Maintain inventory of laptops & other hardware equipment
- Order new machines as needed & recondition machines that have been returned by exiting employees.
- Ability to install & configure engineering software such as AutoCad
- Thorough knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Group Policies, etc.
- Knowledge of Backup Solutions and WorkspaceOne UEM.
- Microsoft or Amazon cloud certifications are a plus.
- Growing knowledge in VMware environments is a plus.
- Cisco routers, switches and ASA experience a major plus.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize correctly.
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal directions
- Must have excellent communication, analytic, problem solving, and customer service skills
- Strong documentation skills are a must
