Responsibilities : What You Will Do
- Perform preventative maintenance on all heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems at mission critical sites (similar to a telecom or a data center)
- Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for commercial customers. Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical and electrical components of these systems.
- Identify repair and / or replacement needs.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records (digital and written) and communicate with team members / clients effectively
- General maintenance duties as required
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time
- Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Travel to job sites in service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer.
- Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
- Document all installed equipment upon arrival : make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
- Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacement parts, calibrate system to manufacturers recommendations.
- Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.

Expected compensation includes $35-50 / hour and benefits including medical, vision, and dental benefits, and 401k retirement plan available for eligible employees. Compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as an individuals education, training, experience, skills, geographic location, seniority, merit, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need.
