Overview
A full-time on-site role as a Bilingual Lead Man at 365 Marine & Shoreside Services. As a Lead Man, you will be responsible for tasks such as tank cleaning, maintenance work, hydroblasting, and ensuring safety protocols are followed to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Communicating with customer and management to ensure daily tasks are complete efficiently and safely
- Consistent communication with customer & management on job tasks, progress, and follow ups
- Leading a crew on the following tasks:
- Tank Cleaning, Hydro Blasting, Steam Cleaning, Surface Prep & Painting
- Manual labor and maintenance tasks
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
- Daily administrative work - completion of time sheets and job updates
Qualifications
- Skills and Knowledge:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Knowledge of basic equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong communication skills for customer interactions and reporting.
- Ability to handle emergency situations effectively and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 70 pounds).
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to travel to job sites - Current operating states are California, Washington, Oregon, Texas, New Jersey, Louisiana
- Certifications:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain TWIC card.
- 40-hour Hazwoper preferred.
Job Condition and Environment
- Exposure to hazardous materials will require the use of protective equipment as specified by safety regulations.
Expected Hours of Work
- This position may involve working long hours, nights, and weekends depending on job schedules.
