Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and health conditions to tailor reflexology sessions accordingly.
- Perform reflexology treatments on clients' feet, hands, or ears, applying appropriate pressure techniques to stimulate reflex points.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment area in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Educate clients on the benefits of reflexology and recommend follow-up treatments as needed.
- Document client progress and treatment plans accurately for ongoing care.
- Stay updated on the latest reflexology techniques and wellness trends through continuous education.
- Foster a positive and calming atmosphere for clients during their sessions.
Experience
- Certification in Reflexology from an accredited program is required.
- Previous experience as a Reflexologist or in a related wellness field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and holistic health practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain treatment processes to clients.
