What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Make Ready Technician position at CenterPoint Apartments?
Jack of all trades, must know all aspects of maintenance required to perform a complete Make Ready and have an apartment ready for move-in.
Must be reliable and punctual be able to be on call one week per month.
Must take pride in your work and make sure that everything that needs to be repaired is done in a neat and professional manner.
