What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bilingual leasing, professional position at CenterPoint Apartments?
Experienced bilingual Leasing agent needed must be outgoing and able to sell sell sell. must be responsible and reliable. Being able to speak Spanish is essential Must be looking for a long-term position. We are a company with longevity. We have owned and managed the building since 1985. We have no plans on selling it either. The base pay is $3700- $3900 Must have no criminal history. Looking for someone with at least three years of apartment leasing experience. Must be able to start immediately .must be outgoing and enjoy working with people. Hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday Saturdays from 10 AM to 5 PM. If you work Saturdays you get a day off during the week . We do not have insurance, however the collection bonuses more than cover that issue.
