Job Summary
Perform general labor as a as assigned within the Facilities Dept. This work requires the ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
Essential Functions
- Grounds mowing and clean up.
- Grounds trash pick up.
- Landscaping as directed.
- Assist in filter changes for HVAC equipment.
- Painting both interior and exterior surfaces.
- General clean-up of patios and outdoor areas.
- Washing windows.
- Assisting Buildings and Grounds Service Specialist.
- Adhere to all company safety practices and guidelines, and attend all mandated safety training.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace during and after each maintenance activity.
- Meet overtime and other emergency maintenance requirements.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience
- Familiar with Gas Service area.
- Ability to recognize unsafe conditions.
- Strong work ethic and basic familiarity with mowing equipment.
- Familiar with construction methods
