Job Summary
Achieve higher customer engagement and satisfaction through product and services attachments that satisfy revenue and customer growth targets through the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. Enhance CenterPoint Energy Home Service Plus customers’ journey while working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential Functions
- Develops and executes marketing strategies and plans to meet growth targets for CenterPoint’s Home Service Plus repair, maintenance and replacement plans, as well as equipment sales.
- Analyzes customer data and research to develop and implement omni-channel marketing plans that meet customer needs, identify market opportunities and enhance service delivery.
- Participates in the development of the marketing approach, channel mix, key audiences, messages, budget and marketing ROI requirements.
- Manages end-to-end projects and campaigns aspects, including scope, documentation, customer and campaign analytics, internal and external stakeholder relationships and communications.
- Directs the development of marketing materials that clearly communicate the brand and product/program positioning to the customer.
- Manages the execution of integrated omni-channel marketing and customer communication campaigns.
- Collaborates with product/project/program managers and creative teams to design, plan, test, deliver, monitor and optimize campaigns.
- Communicates and collaborates with applicable sales channels to achieve overall sales and customer retention goals.
- Tracks promotion effectiveness and continually optimize, test, share learnings and incorporate changes into future planning.
- Focuses on data-driven decision making by continually tracking results, measuring performance against goals, tracking expenses against budget, reporting results and taking corrective action with respect to variances. Uses understanding of overall business direction, competitive intelligence and analytics, best practices, customer needs, market influencers, market opportunities, and internal core competencies to work with other stakeholders to modify and improve marketing offers
Education Description
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
Experience
- Requires a minimum of five years of experience that includes strategic marketing, marketing plan development and execution.
- Campaign management, project management, development/ implementation/measurement of marketing and promotional plans, formal and informal team leadership and internal and external communications.
- Results oriented with business and financial acumen.
