We are seeking a dynamic Account Coordinator to join our team in the fast-paced trade show industry. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Senior Account Manager in coordinating all aspects of our client's trade show participation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate closely with the Senior Account Manager and other internal departments to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Prepare and complete 'show service' orders for client events, interacting with third-party vendors as necessary to meet client needs and objectives.
- Prepare, organize, and distribute pertinent information and documents relative to client projects.
- Track and reconcile expenses and overall budgets for each project.
- Interact with clients and provide day-to-day support as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and able to problem-solve and work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Some travel may be required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience, ideally in a client support environment. Prior experience in trade show or event planning is a plus.
