We're seeking an experienced Event Management Associate to join our team in the fast-paced trade show industry.
About the Role:
- Support the Senior Account Manager in coordinating all aspects of our client's trade show participation.
- Manage client project materials (e.g., timelines, schedules, check requests, estimates, invoices).
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Prepare and manage client project materials (e.g., timelines, schedules, check requests, estimates, invoices).
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of account management/project management experience.
- Prior experience in trade show or event management is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, or comparable record of sales leadership experience required.
