About Our Opportunity
We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our Thompson Creek team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop and network support for end-users at TCM.
- Diagnose and resolve or escalate computer hardware, software, and/or network problems.
- Implement and maintain IT Systems to a high-quality standard.
- Protect data against loss or damage.
- Secure IT systems against unauthorized use.
- Minimize system outages and improve availability.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and at least 3 years of applicable experience.
- Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Microsoft & Cloud certifications or related is considered an asset.
